February 8 Safer Internet Day Activities in Büyükçiğli Anatolian High School

As part of February 8, Safe Internet Day at our school, we prepared boards and made in-class presentations to raise awareness of safe internet use among our students. We also gave an online training to our eTwinning project students about the safe use of the internet and the Twinspace. We also informed our parents with the "Safe Internet Usage" training organized by our District Directorate of National Education.

ESRA AKILLI BÜYÜKÇİĞLİ ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL- WORLD DIABETES DAY AWARENESS ACTIVITIES

    To be able to raise awareness among our students for ‘The World Diabetes Day’, our eTwinning Project team created posters using different web2.0 tools to inform about what is diabetes, its types, symptoms, and protection ways. They called attention to dangers of some beverages and to encourage their friends for healthy nutrition they prepared and shared some healthy recipes. Finally; they gathered all our studies in videos with a diabetes song and we shared our videos in both our social media accounts and also in students and teachers whatsapp gruops of our school and reached each student in our school. While learning about diabetes our students practiced language as well….
